Description
Section titled “Description”Background App Refresh lets apps wake up and update while you are not using them. That may sound harmless, but it means more apps can run in the background, use network data, and refresh content without you opening them.
Most apps do not need this running in the background. Keep it only for apps where timely updates matter, such as secure messaging or services you trust for important alerts.
